What a bargain! There s no need to pack towels and sheets. This condo gives you the best in Ocean City. The beach is only 700 feet away. The playground and tennis courts are a short walk away. The most popular pancake house in Ocean City, NJ is 1 1/2 blocks away. If you want to relax, lounge or read on the wide front porch. You ll have beautiful unobstructed views of the meadowlands and be shaded by large awnings. There are no houses across the street so there s plenty of street parking as well as the reserved parking behind the house. The condo sleeps 4 in bedrooms and 2 more on the sofa bed. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and ceiling fans, a large living/dining room combination with DirectTV and pullout sofa bed and a bath. The kitchen was just remodeled with beautiful wood cabinets. It is fully equipped with refrigerator with an ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. You ll have a laundry room and enclosed outdoor shower too.
