Our beachfront home has ocean views from both the living and dining rooms. There are 4
spacious bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths on 2 levels. The upper level has a fully stocked
kitchen, dining room, living room with a large flat screen TV and 3 spacious bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms have both a queen and twin-size bed. The master bedroom has a
queen size bed with a flat screen TV and a half bath. Off the hallway, there is a full-size
bath with a tub.
The lower-level ground floor has one large bedroom with a queen and twin-size bed with
a TV, a large bath with a bathtub, a family room with a large flat screen TV and a closed
off washer and dryer.
The property has central air and wireless internet. We are centrally located within walking
distance to many of the wonderful restaurants and shops in Sea Isle and the center of
town.
There are steps from the front yard to promenade and the beach. The beach at 45 th
Street is lifeguarded and allows swimming, rafting and boogie boarding.
On the property, there are 2 to 4 parking spots depending on the size of your vehicles.
