The moment you walk through the double doors, memories are already in the making. The foyer boasts a bench seat and clean white wainscoting, and you’ll find your favorite reads in the lending library located just inside doors. The first floor is a full bathroom with glass enclosed shower, and a game room complete futon (which doubles as a full-sized bed), foosball table, video games, and more board games than you can play in a week! There’s also a wet bar with under counter refrigerator for the more grown-up children.
As you head up to the second floor, you’ll find four bedrooms and a full hallway bathroom with a single sink and tiled bathtub. The first bedroom is a master outfitted as though you’re in a luxurious boutique hotel. This room includes a queen bed and a full private bathroom with a glass-enclosed, walk-in shower and double sinks with a quartz countertop. Just outside the sliding doors is a private deck with your own porch swing/twin bed and bistro table – the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful sunrise along with your morning cup of coffee. The next two rooms are bunk rooms. The first sports four single bunkbeds, and the second has a twin over a full bed. The last bedroom on this floor has a queen bed with a desk, a large closet, and plenty of room for a crib or pack and play.
Heading up to the third-floor, you’ll find the bright and open lofted main living area spreading out as you ascend the stairs. The chef-inspired kitchen, with ceiling height cabinets, large quartz island with seating for four; also has a coffee/drink bar area with a Keurig and another under-counter beverage refrigerator – for concocting your favorite drinks. The dining room seats eight and expands to seat 10+ and there is additional seating at bench under the double window.
The focal point of the living room is the gas fireplace with smart TV; and the cozy sectional and high-end area rug complete the room. Additionally, this area includes a desk tucked away for checking those last minute emails. And, if you want to hide, a reading nook with bench seating and pouf is where you want to land.
An oversized double slider draws you out onto the covered porch with views of the beach and the bay. Outdoor sofa sectional with ottoman and outdoor dining for up to 10 invite you to enjoy breakfast at sunrise and cocktails at sunset.
This level also contains another master suite offering a spa-like experience. This suite contains a queen bed, high ceilings with ceiling fan, and a full private bathroom with a glass-enclosed, walk-in shower and double sinks with a quartz countertop.
Location is everything and this house is only 2 1/2 blocks from the beach, a half a block from the bay, a short walk to Scoops for ice cream, Blitzes for provisions, Sunset Pier for food and entertainment, and a quick ride on the jetty to Sea Isle’s downtown restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Or, stay in and walk down to join the spectators at the pier at the end of the street for the fantastic sunsets. Neighbors and vacationers gather for the sunset every evening, so feel free to join them at the pier, or watch, the spectacular sunsets from your private porch or from the top deck.
The Townsend’s Inlet area is known for its amazing beaches – for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boogie boarding, reading a book or just taking a nap. After day at the beach, shower off in the enclosed outdoor shower and changing area. Take advantage of the gas grill outback, and enjoy parking for 3 to 4 vehicles.
