Enjoy the convenience of walking to the beach, Avalon Surfside Park, downtown Avalon and everything Avalon has to offer. Plenty of parking along 28th Street and the adjacent lot. Other amenities include air conditioning,2 tvs, wifi, beach tags and gear, shared laundry room, and shared outdoor shower. Sorry no pets. The unit is offered for the full season or weekly.
